MMS includes three modules:

• The Metadata Connector, which directs extracted output from SmartDiscovery Analysis Server 4.6.

• The Metadata Editor, an AJAX-based editor that allows users to modify and augment the results of Inxight's SmartDiscovery® text extraction.

The Metadata Repository leverages a standard Oracle database, and was designed to meet the most stringent government and commercial standards.

The thin-client Metadata Editor is easy to deploy and manage, resulting in lower IT administration costs, greater uptime, simpler security, and an easy path for improving performance and availability.

The Metadata Editor’s intuitive user interface allows users to quickly be up and running, while an audit trail ensures traceability of changes made in the system and provides feedback for extraction rule developers.
